Our Pre-Exposed Screens let you get right to printing! Email us your image and we'll make you a screen with your image already burned on it. We use 195 mesh screens for versatility of printing paper and fabric unless otherwise specified.
 
Choose from our most popular sizes of aluminum frames:
10 x 14" Screen = 6 x 10" Max artwork size
20 x 24" Screen = 13 x 16" Max artwork size
23 x 31" Screen = 16 x 24" Max artwork size

Each color must be separated and converted to 100% black and white - no grays.
Files must be sent at final scale and ready to print at a minimum of 300 dpi.
Please submit all files as PDFs.

Turn around time is 7-10 business days from date files are received, plus shipping time. Local pick up available. Rush orders can be accommodated schedule permitting at a 50% surcharge.
